This is a terrific product! You can use your phone (more on that in a bit) to set up a specific time to charge or simply click “start charging now” and a way you go.

Super Customer Service… They will walk you through the set up… and if you don’t understand anything? They will explain it …

I bought my JuiceBox 40 (hardwired version) because my power company was offering a rebate at the time.

Electrician installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet prior to acquiring new EV car. I installed the JuiceBox on a wall stud just above the outlet. Sturdy installation is recommended for both. Keep in mind the JuiceBox has a short lead to plug in so plan in advance. I also chose a convenient location for connecting to the car.

I’ve had the new JuiceBox 2.0 for about 2 months now and it’s been working well. As a charger, it’s what you’d hope for – plug and play. The cable is good and long, so it’s been easy to use.
